DERBY favourite King Memphis, a late withdrawal from the Juvenile at Towcester following a kennelling despite, returned to the track to clock 16.21sec (-5) in a 285m solo trial before racing at Hove on Thursday 18th April.

Liz McNair's dog was joined at the session by kennelmate King Sydney, who recorded an identical time, while King Combs impressed over 515m with a 30.17sec (-10) solo with recent Hunt Cup winner Havana Top Note beating Queen Leona by almost three lengths in 30.41sec.

Meanwhile, reigning Star Sports/TRC Derby champion Gaytime Nemo makes his first to Towcester since when running in the top division of a trial stakes on Sunday.

Graham Holland's dog has raced just five times since that famous July 1st victory with his only competitive outing this campaign seeing him make an early exit from the Easter Cup at Shelbourne in March.

He faces a strong field with the opposition headed by Cooliogold and Droopys Doughnut along with Gaytime Nemo's compatriot Hawkfield Blue.

The contest can be seen live on sisracing.tv at 3.38 on Sunday.
