Be cute and side with Chiltern for rapid-fire Thurles double

CHILTERN CUTIE opened her career account in fine style with a strong-running victory in a similar contest on Saturday and can quickly double up by taking another A7 contest over 525 yards at Thurles (3.29).
Gordon Rotheram's bitch had gone very close two outings previous to that initial success and it was a fast-run race for the grade in which she made little impact in between.
None of her rivals are coming into the contest on the back of particularly striking efforts and a repeat of the weekend performance should be more than good enough even without allowing for her continued scope to improve.
Other Thurles fancies are Lisdaleen Mona (4.07) and Carneys Firmino (4.26), while Cashen Darney (12.29) looks best at the earlier Irish fixture at Tralee.
There is also afternoon racing at Oxford with Angie Kibble's Ballymac Tensel ready to register a first victory since switching from Swindon when tackling D2 sprint company at 3.59.
A preview of tonight's meetings at Star Pelaw and Suffolk Downs will be published at 4.30pm.
