Bockos Kirby run can continue, Joshua looks best bet at Donny

BOCKOS GOLD can win the battle of the unbeaten Con & Annie Kirby Memorial contenders by getting first run on Bouncing Monarch in the second semi-final over 525 yards at Limerick (9.24).
Trained by Graham Holland, the selection looks to have a decent make-up in a race full of speed and, if allowed to do his running to the opening bend, should turn in control.
Ballymac Setanta is Ian Fortune's nap on the card in the opening semi at 9.06 where he goes from the one box from which he a career record of three wins from three starts.
Fortune's race-by-race preview of all ten races being shown on sisracing.tv is linked below.

There is earlier Irish action at Youghal this afternoon where the main fancies are Pat Budds' Renata (2.08), Pat Magnier's Ballydorgan Ruby (3.22) and Derek Kehoe's Slaneyside Rian (3.59).
Doncaster has a Saturday double-header with Jimmy Gaskin's Redbrick Daisy appealing in a morning B2 at 11.13 but the undoubted highlight there is the subsequent bumper all-open 16-race evening card starting at an earlier-than-usual 5.03.
Sam Lapidge's Gothic Joshua could prove best bet of the day when he goes in heat two of a dual distance event over 450m at 5.51, progress from which would likely see him very hard to beat in the 483m final next week.
Other Donny fancies are Debbie Calvert's Sole Focus in the 483m opener at 5.03, Paul Prior's Colliers Bucholz in a 275m sprint at 6.29 and Rose Draper's five-timer seeking Rockmount Lucy in the 7.42 over 661m.
