Doncaster sales this Friday - all the details of lots and timings
THE next Greyhound Trader sale will be at Doncaster on Friday 15th August and there should be plenty of interest in the catalogue with 48 lots entered.
One to keep an eye on will be lot 47, Droopys Itch, who will attract plenty of interest on the back of a stunning near 13 lengths victory at Dundalk on Saturday night when he stopped the clock in a rapid 28.55sec.
The brindle October 2023 son of Ballyhimikin Jet and Droopys Gifted looks a strong possibility to top the sale and could even surpass the £13,250 price of Droopys Flare, top lot at last year’s Doncaster sale.
In addition, there be a total of 32 pups whelped in 2024 with plenty of potential on sale on the day along with some more experienced greyhounds to help fill space in racing kennels.
Trials start at 10am on the day and the auction will commence at approximately 12.30pm.
