Doreens can land compensation for latest unfortunate setback

DOREENS ASH looked really unlucky not to register a third win at the track last week and Keith Crew's dog can land compensation in Harlow's A5 over 415m at 7.42.

He made a real mess of the start on that most recent outing but showed terrific early to turn second then chased hard only to be squeezed for room when threatening to challenge late on.

Doreens Ash (T3) looked very unlucky in a similar Harlow contest last week

Anything like normal service at the traps this evening should see him quickly in front and he will be very hard to beat from such a position.

There is also morning action at Harlow with Debbie Hurlock's Brynoffa Bambi (12.46) the suggestion, while PJ Peacock's Ratchies Geoff (2.03) makes most appeal at the early meeting at Kilkenny.

The Wednesday afternoon venues are Towcester and Valley with Paul Braithwaite's Limekiln Enza (3.11) and Christian Darch's Pandy Daisey (4.56) the respective fancies.
