Droopys can reward Easter faith on night of top class Irish action

TOP class Irish racing headlines the Saturday action with star billing going to Shelbourne Park which has the €30,000 final of the track bookmakers-sponsored Easter Cup over 550 yards at 9.15.
Ian Fortune's race-by-race preview is linked below, suffice to say his selection in the feature is the Daniel O'Rahilly-trained Droopys Faithful.

Nap on on the card, however, is Pat Buckley's Unanimous Leo who has a great chance to end a losing run in the supporting 9.50 over 550 yards having been short-headed in the heats over 525 yards last week.
Limerick has the Con & Annie Kirby Memorial quarter-finals which Fortune has also previewed with his chief selections being Graham Holland's Bockos Gold (8.18) and Mark Robinson's Getup The Boy (9.06).

There is earlier afternoon Irish action on SIS at Youghal where the strongest fancy is Derek Kehoe's Slaneyside Winx in an S7 sprint over 325 yards at 2.44.
There is also evening opening action at Doncaster's where Rose Draper's Rockmount Lucy can complete a course and distance four-timer in the 7.42 over 661m with Debbie Calvert's Sole Focus another strong fancy in the 483m finale at 8.52, while Ricky Overton's Grouchos Game (12.38) is the pick at the earlier all-graded morning fixture there.
