Elvis rocks at Star Pelaw with chance for follow-up victory

BRAMBLE ELVIS continued his fine run of form with victory at Newcastle last week and Chloe Hardy's dog looks good to go in again in the 7.42 over 435m at Star Pelaw.
He has a win and two seconds in his last three appearances here, one over six bends, and all his recent starts have been marked by fast trapping.
That being the case again this evening, he can make full use of the inside draw and should be in command entering the back straight.
Tom Heilbron's Romeo Alonso takes a big class drop in the 8.16 over 590m having run in the Grand Prix heats at Sunderland recently and he can make the most of the opportunity.
Two divisions of a 245m sprint can go to Sam Atkinson's Caseys Dylan (6.29) and Glenn Foot's Beachgrove Lad (9.09) with Heilbron's Links Millbill (7.04) the pick in a maiden over the same trip.
There is also a maiden over 435m at 8.52 which can go to Foot's Caister Kay.
There is afternoon and evening Irish action from Lifford and Clonmel respectively - at Lifford Stephen Ratcliffe's Mineola Man From (3.59) can convert some recent near-misses into victory with the Neil Conroy duo of Heres Tommy (2.26) and Allegra Zaur (5.14) other fancies, while Cian Gleeson's Daketchupman (6.56) is the standout at Clonmel.
Doncaster and Valley hold the morning fort with Ricky Overton's Chelms Elaine (11.54) and Donna Davy's Epic Evelyn (12.21) the respective suggestions.
