Glass looks more than half full seeking reward for consistency

DA FOURTH GLASS has been knocking loudly on the door with some consistent efforts in defeat and John O'Shea's dog can land due reward by taking Tralee's A4 over 525 yards at 1.47.

His sole victory at the track came in A3 company in early May but he has had a relatively quiet campaign since culminating in silver medals the last twice.

There is pace in this race but he should never be too far from the action and can assert by halfway.

The Tony Morgan-trained Furry Neck looks good in Valley's afternoon finale at 5.59, while the evening card is at Star Pelaw where Ross Miller's Ballyquin Rowan (8.16) can open his account at the fifth time of asking.

The scheduled afternoon meeting at Thurles has been cancelled due to forecast high temperatures.
