Kamala can star at Shelbourne again as Irish Oaks continues

THE second round heats of the Sporting Press Irish Oaks from Shelbourne Park headline the Saturday sisracing.tv action with brilliant first round winner Ballymac Kamala the star attraction.
Liam Dowling's bitch has twice dipped under 28.00sec for the 525 yards recently including in the heats last week when the five box she goes from again in heat three at 9.40 tonight proved no handicap.
She meets fellow heat-winning kennelmates Ballymac Allory and Ballymac Siun but has a big advantage on the clock and should be more than up to the test.
Ian Fortune has a full Shelbourne Park preview below, the card completed by six heats of the Shelbourne Summer Cup A0 525, suffice to say his nap is Robert Gleeson's Droopys Bundle in heat four of the Oaks at 9.54 after her midweek Thurles Track Champion Bitch Stake final victory.
For a next best, he goes with Pat Buckley's Singalong Cherry in the penultimate Oaks heat at 10.08 after she finished runner-up in that Thurles feature.

Youghal is the afternoon venue where there are two heats of the Davy O'Brien Memorial A5/A6 Stake over 525 yards for which the picks are Michael Moloney's Heisenberg (3.03) and Nicholas Walsh's Seaview Deise (3.22), while other suggestions there are the syndicate-owned Slaheny Steeple (2.26) and Sean Faul's Bitter Bryan (2.44).

Doncaster has a Saturday double-header with the morning best coming early in the shape of Jimmy Gaskin's Redbrick Adele who has strong claims in the opening 483m contest at 10.32.
The subsequent evening fixture comprises an all-open 13-race card starting at 5.51 with the opening heat of a 483m competition where Sean Parker's Magical Supreme has a brilliant make-up, while heat two at 6.11 can see Heather Dimmock's Droopys Extragud overcome the lack of previous course knowledge.
Parker can also score with Romeo Talisker (9.09) who is seeking a fifth win in six at the track, while other fancies are Dimmock's Givemethemoney (6.29) and Rose Draper's Audience (9.26).
There is also open action at Star Pelaw tonight where non-maiden suggestions are Craig Marston's Whisky Ernest (6.04), Ted Soppitt's Sunnyside Jayden (6.39), George Walker's Abbeyside Crypto (8.09) and Glenn Foot's Travel Safe (8.26).
