Millroad ready to go one better at Limerick after latest near miss

MILLROAD JETTA succumbed in the final stride last week but clocked a career best time in the process and makes plenty of appeal in Limerick's A7 over 525 yards at 4.56 as a result.
A repeat of either of her last two sectionals, allied to the inside draw, can see her lead into the opening turn and she can build enough of a lead to ensure victory on this occasion.
Two of her today's rivals were behind her seven days ago and she holds a couple of others on her 7th August victory in the grade.
There is also early Thursday SIS Irish action at Waterford with fancies including Pearse Thecooper (11.47), Coco Rosie (12.04), Jacktavern Tiger (12.54) and, particularly, Lough Deise (1.47).
First meeting under way is Oxford where Terry Nevin's Savana Ohmy Jo (10.48) can follow up a recent A3 win one rung higher, while Mike Burton's Droopys Priority (3.11) and David Wilkinson's Newyork Fitzy (8.09) can score at Star Pelaw and Valley respectively.
