Oxford sales on 15th October set to see 48 greyhounds offered

GREYHOUND TRADER holds its next sale at Oxford on Wednesday 15th October with 48 lots due to go under the hammer.

Included are some August 2024 'Droopys' whelps with Droopys Oblige having interesting breeding in the shape Australian sire Shima Shine who has less than a handful of litters in Ireland.

Others to catch the eye are Mystical Batman [28.61sec Limerick qualifying trial], Rapido Benny [28.92sec Waterford] and Readyandthereoff [28.81sec Shelbourne Park], while the final trial is over 650m for Rapido Louise who is tipped to be a good stayer.

There are also a couple of Unlock Unlock pups in the catalogue - Unmistakeable and Unrelenting - with trials set to start at 10am.

Greyhound Trader's James Corden said: “I think it's a decent catalogue we have put together, a mix of open-race potential and good value graders.

"Oxford is always a popular sale and the 450m trip is great for the young greyhounds in the catalogue, while it's nice to see we have a 650m sales trial too.”
