Royal looks best in the Kingdom and set for second career victory

BALTOVIN ROYAL can register a second career victory by proving too good all-round for A4 rivals in Tralee's 2.03 over 525 yards.

Thomas Regan's bitch has generally started slowly in her five races to date but that did not stop her romping to a seven lengths sprint victory third time up and she ran her best race over four bends when beaten just half a length latest.

Likely to be led early by Labana Ciss on her immediate outside, she can track that rival from halfway before pouncing on the run for home.

Other fancies at the Kingdom Stadium are John O'Shea's Meatballmaachina (11.13), Padraig Regan's Cool Kipper (12.21), Pat  McMahon's Dromulton Sailor (12.54) and Kelsey Condon's Stubborn Love (2.18).

Thurles is the Tuesday afternoon venue with Andrew Murray's Gortkelly Ciara fancied to open her account at the fourth time of asking in an A7 contest at 3.49, while David McGrath's Determined Orla also appeals at 4.44.

Valley has a bumper 14-race evening card with Tony Morgan's Hawkfield Bailey the standout when she goes in a D5 sprint at 6.39.
