Vicky stepping back up in trip should prove decisive at Suffolk

WESTFIELD VICKY is four from six over the course and distance and will be well suited by the return to it for the 8.26 over 548m at Suffolk Downs.

Jason Smith's charge has had a couple of four-bend outings recently and, while she has won over shorter, the slower initial tempo over this trip is ideal and offers her a great chance to dominate which is normally good enough.

Smith can also score with consistent Kilbride Tractor in a subsequent division which brings an end to open proceedings at 8.43.

Michelle Brown's Bodell Bucks can end a losing run of four in a 388m contest at 6.39 with the trainer set to add to her already formidable open record at the track courtesy of the likes of Tomahawk (6.56) and Roanna Mamba (7.51).

The early Tuesday SIS action comes from Tralee with fancies being Ann O'Neill's Toremore Fortune (11.13), the Chris Houlihan duo of Cashen Ubangi (12.38) and Seomra Harriet (12.54) plus John O'Shea's Sporting Citizen (1.29).

Oxford has an afternoon card at which Terry Nevin's Savana Ripple can end a spell of seconditis in an A8 over 450m at 4.37.
