Youghal kicks off GRI’s prize money hike week on Monday

GREYHOUND RACING IRELAND [Rásaíocht Con Éireann] has announced its first Rasaoícht Le Cheile Racing Rewards Week which starts on Monday, 15th September

Extra prize money will be paid in every race taking place across all Irish greyhound stadia for seven days through to Sunday 21st September.

During this special week, all races regardless of grade will feature enhanced prize money:

Winner: €500

Runner-up: €150

Third place: €50

"This initiative is designed to reward owners and trainers for their continued commitment to the sport, while adding extra excitement and value to racing throughout the week."

The SIS meeting at Youghal on Monday will be the first fixture to benefit as proven by the A4 opener bemlow.
