Billy to roll back the years again and complete an Oxford double

AT the age of five, DROOPYS BILLY produced one of his top ten fastest career runs last week and Angie Kibble's dog can follow up in Oxford's A2 over 450m at 11.54.

This is obviously tougher than that most recent assignment but he is five from 13 in the grade and none of his rivals were close to the 27.00sec (calc) he recorded last week in their latest outings.

Something akin to the 3.93sec sectional he produced on that occasion would be very handy and he can quickly put distance between himself and his rivals that being the case.

There is also early SIS Thursday action from Waterford where the best could come straight away in the shape of Michael Bagge's Crack On Duke in the A7 opener at 11.13, while Aoife Coffey's Carrigmore Dawn (3.03) and Donal Casey's Varra Lasrach (3.22) appeal at Limerick's afternoon fixture.

Anna Jeffery's Lucky Luciano was beaten in a fast time for the grade at Valley latest and is fancied in a D4 there at 4.07, while Colin Dibb's Burgess Siun (6.46) looks best at Star Pelaw this evening.
