Diamond can again put Produce rivals to the sword at Clonmel

SWORDS DIAMOND was brilliant in the openers of the National Produce Stakes over 525 yards at Clonmel last week and Graham Holland's dog looks good to follow up in the first heat of round two at 8.18.
Previously impressive when landing a Shelbourne Park sprint for a first career-success, he gets the nap vote from Ian Fortune who has heat-by-heat analysis via the link below.

Fortune's other Produce picks are Pat Buckley's Glengar Phantom (8.32), Michael O'Donovan's Berlin Trilogy (9.06) and Holland's Shotgun Dez (9.24).
Non-Produce Stakes Clonmel suggestions are Paraic Campion's Boozed Spark (7.48) and David O'Neill's Chamberlain Fred (8.03).

There is also earlier Irish action at Mullingar where the chief fancy is Morgan Crowley's Droopys Roar (1.47) after his back-to-form second latest with Richard Dempsey's Tibbermore (12.21) an earlier pick.
Sean O'Regan's Midian Pearl (7.31), Pat Leahy's Stylish Playboy (8.09) and, particularly, Noel Barron's Rosstemple Rose (8.43) have strong claims at Cork this evening.
Harlow has a Friday double-header with Darren Whitton's Moaning Tom (1.03) the early standout where he can make it five wins in seven starts at the venue, while Terry Nevin's Savana Catapilla (8.34) can complete an inter-track hat-trick this evening.
Stuart Tighe's Wheatsheaf Star (3.03) is another fancied to treble up when she goes in a top grade A1 contest over 435m at Star Pelaw.
