Drinks could be on Marias Bar with drop to A7 at Mullingar

MARIAS BAR landed an A4 as recently as December so has to be of serious interest when tackling A7 company for the first time in Mullingar's 12.04 over 525 yards.

It it fair to say that Brian Reilly's bitch has lost her way a little in her two most recent outings but prior that that she was only pipped in a photo so it is not necessarily a terminal decline.

More pertinently, she is coming out of much faster-run races than any of her rivals so should find today's pace far less demanding to keep up with and can prove strongest when it matters.

Ian Reilly's Phoenix River (11.47), Morgan Crowley's Irish Cesarewitch finalist Droopys Roar (12.54) and Seamus Reilly's Breffni Sheila (1.47) are other Mullingar fancies, while Michael English's Mission Control (9.01) and Karol Ramsbottom's Double Drop (9.18) can score at the Friday evening Irish meeting at Kilkenny.

Harlow has morning and evening Friday fixtures with Darren Whitton's hat-trick seeking Lissatouk Blake (11.38) the early standout, while Di Jinks' Baggins Lad (7.24) can go one better with a fourth win a row tonight.

The afternoon action comes from Oxford and Suffolk Downs with Graham Wright's downgraded Memories Clash (2.16) and Michelle Brown's consistent Pro Flo (3.41) the respective suggestions.
